and they struggle to survive in a different time period when the world is nothing but dystopia controlled by a group known as the revisions who seek to control the world and turn every last living being into like them a revison. ![]() Well if u ignore those two i think you might actually like this series, the story is simple, It focuses on the entire town of Shibuya being teleport-ed along with the population within it to a different time in the future The primary reason to hate it is cause of the animation which is a heavy use of cgi animation and not of the best quality or because the main lead is annoying little brat with a hero complex and it makes you want to just drop it right there. 3D Animation of the episode was so-so at best really, the movements were smooth but I think I’ll just need some time to adjust to the 3D effects.I will make this quick, this is either a series you will love or you will hate. String Puppets, not sure what to say about this peculiar type of Robotic material but I’m looking forward to seeing how Daisuke fared against the Revisions with this mech. About Milo though, her appearance over the years has had no change whatsoever so I wonder if she’s some kind of an AI or something of the sort. Looks like she doesn’t remember the kids, though Daisuke’s family name seems to be rather influential and pivotal(I hope we get more into all that soon). Milo returns to save the day for the remaining kids after Marimari’s short bit brave little act. ![]() Good thing we got a good mix of gore into this too and the amazing soundtracks of this episode really elevated the tension in the various scenes. Moving on, the prophesied event actually took place and he and the others were totally hopeless against it. If anything, I feel like this set up of people considering him to be delusional and such was brilliantly done. ![]() We got a short clip of him pulling off the most crazy attacks just for the simplest of mishaps, lol, and it’s obvious more than ever why the other four would find it bothersome. Poor lad, he’s always been super cautious and trying to prepare himself for that moment but obviously it’d prove to be a bother for the other 4. However, the person who claimed all this went missing right after and now only Daisuke pays any attention to her farewell words. It is as such the prophecy where the five will have to come across a certain adversary to save the world, I’d imagine. Not too much to say about this episode honestly, it really feels like a miss or hit kind of a show already.ĭaisuke, especially, and his four childhood friends seemingly went through a traumatic experience years ago and it is through here we come to know that Daisuke will one day have to go up against Revisions, it seems, to protect himself and his friends from the future(whatever that really means). She's like the Terminator while Daisuke is like John Connor. Also, Milo is quite the looker, but I don't expect to see her as a romantic interest. ![]() And they're not holding back on the gore either. Say what you want about CGI animation, but damn they make the movements of the characters really smooth and natural. Question now is will Daisuke know how to use it from the get go, or will he have to improvise? Well he has been working out, so at the very least he can land some punches. It's a small mech where you can see the person inside of it with his limbs partially exposed. Whoa, haven't seen a Mech like a String Puppet in a long time. Milo.is an android? And she somewhat remembers the name of Dojima Daisuke? Are we pulling a Terminator here? Hmm, no wonder why Daisuke believes in Milo more than anyone else. It's getting himself in trouble despite his good intentions.Ī butterfly knife and a tactical pen? I'm surprised Daisuke hasn't been suspended from school yet. He learns that he will have to protect everyone in the future, so he's being so overprotective.
